R6 Tracker Not Updating? 6 Fixes
You finish a ranked match, open your stats, and the numbers have not moved. This is almost always a delay, not lost data. Here is what causes it and what to do.
1. Wait a few minutes
Stats trackers save results for a short time so pages load fast. SiegeRadar refreshes a profile at most every 10 minutes. The time under your rank shows when your stats were last updated.
2. Finish the match properly
Stats are recorded when a match ends. If you left early, the game crashed, or the match is still running, the result may show up later or count as an abandon.
3. Check the platform
If you play on more than one platform, make sure you are looking at the right one. PC, Xbox and PlayStation stats are separate pages.
4. Check for a recent name change
If you changed your Ubisoft name, gamertag or PSN ID, search for the new name. Old names can stop working after a change.
5. Check Ubisoft's servers
When Ubisoft's services are down or busy, new stats can be delayed for everyone. If many players report problems at the same time, wait until the servers are back.
6. Look for the "couldn't refresh" note
If our stats service is busy, SiegeRadar still shows your last saved stats with a "Couldn't refresh" note and the time they are from. Try again in a few minutes.
